Event Features a ‘Stuff the Bus’ School Supply Drive Benefiting Local Children in Need

WHAT: Bell Tower, a landmark shopping, dining and entertainment destination centrally located in Fort Myers, Florida (“https://www.belltowerfl.com)”>https://www.belltowerfl.com), invites families to welcome the new school year with the center’s second annual “Back-to-School Bash” from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturday, August 1st. The event will be held in center court in partnership with the United Way School Resource Center and Macaroni Kid of Fort Myers. This exciting celebration will include giant water slides and a high-energy foam party (guests are encouraged to wear bathing suits and bring a towel) along with a live DJ providing music throughout the event. Families can also cool off in the event’s indoor Cool Down Zone, featuring children’s activities and a limited number of local vendors. Guests who bring a donation to the United Way School Supply Drive benefiting local students in need will be entered into a raffle for fun prizes. Donations may be dropped off at Bell Tower’s “Stuff the Bus” school bus, which will be parked outside of Grimaldi’s and Blue Pointe throughout the Back-to-School Bash. Suggested donation items include backpacks, lunchboxes, notebooks, binders, pens, pencils, markers and other essential school supplies (see details online).
