Models now open, sales underway in gated 244 single-family home enclave

Centex Homes is celebrating the launch of single-family home sales and completion of two fully furnished model homes in The Strand at Cedar Grove with a Sept. 21 grand opening event from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Located in the sought-after Woodlands area of North Port, the gated new home community offers 244 attractively priced homes, water- and preserve-view homesites and private amenities by Centex, an affordable homebuilder and national brand of PulteGroup.

The Strand at Cedar Grove’s second model, the Bloomfield, is a single-story Estate series home with four bedrooms, three baths, a three-car garage and 2,503 square feet under air. Designer features include board and batten and shiplap walls, moss-green painted accent walls and an attractive color scheme of white and gray with natural woods and woven textures. The palette is highlighted in the kitchen, which features gray cabinets, white countertops, a polished white tile backsplash and an oven tower. The adjoining café opens through sliding glass doors to the screened lanai and pool.
A formal dining room and flex room highlight the Bloomfield’s versatility. The flex room is shown in the model as a home office with a sitting area. Its bathroom features a gray vanity, a tiled glass-enclosed shower with a bench and a high window for natural light. The Bloomfield’s guestrooms introduce shades of navy, aqua and even soft pastel pink with painted walls of gray, pink and moss green.
