Centex Homes is celebrating the launch of single-family home sales and completion of two fully furnished model homes in The Strand at Cedar Grove with a Sept. 21 grand opening event from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Located in the sought-after Woodlands area of North Port, the gated new home community offers 244 attractively priced homes, water- and preserve-view homesites and private amenities by Centex, an affordable homebuilder and national brand of PulteGroup.

The Bloomfield’s guestrooms introduce shades of navy, aqua and even soft pastel pink with painted walls of gray, pink and moss green.
