Customer satisfaction is the reason for a new store less than a mile from the current one and another new store that recently opened on Bayshore Road, officials said.

“There are a lot of factors that determine where and when we open a new store,” said Patton. “Serving customers with a convenient location to us is on the top of that list. It is not uncommon for us to have multiple locations in close proximity to one another, especially if there is enough business to sustain multiple locations.”

The Shoppes at Del Prado is located at 17960 N. Tamiami Trail.
