Man charged with exposing himself
A Cape Coral man is accused of exposing himself to a Lee County Sheriff’s Office detective during an undercover operation Friday at a public beach.
Natale Pinnacoli, 42, of 1621 S.W. 19th St., was arrested and charged with one count of sex offense engage commit offer lewdness. As of Tuesday, he had been released from the county jail on $500 bond, according to records.
On Friday, members of the LCSO conducted an undercover operation at Bunche Beach, at 18021 John Morris Road, Fort Myers, due to complaints about men participating in acts of lewdness in public, officials reported.
The aim was to arrest people committing lewd acts or soliciting sex acts.
At about 3 p.m., a detective made contact with Pinnacoli inside of a public restroom in the main parking area. The two engaged in conversation, and it became apparent Pinnacoli was looking for sexual activity, a report states.
Pinnacoli reportedly rubbed the outside of his pants and exposed himself.
He was taken into custody and transported to the Lee County Jail.
Pinnacoli could not be reached for comment Tuesday.
According to officials, two other men engaged in conversation with the undercover detectives and exposed themselves. Also arrested were:
– Charles McDonald, 74, of 3637 Hawks Rest Road, Pacific, Mo.
– Dana Oxley, 60, of 1518 Edgewater Circle, Apt. 4, Fort Myers
They were charged with sex offense engage commit offer lewdness.
Pinnacoli has a court appearance scheduled for Oct. 23.
He was issued a trespass warning not to return to Bunche Beach.
Additional arrests were made in other undercover operations last week.
At about 6 p.m. Thursday, LCSO deputies targeted the Pine Manor area and U.S. 41 and Hanson Street. Officials reported that both areas are known for street level prostitution. Detectives posed as “Johns” during the operation.
Two woman were arrested and charged with solicitation for prosecution. Charlie Lynn Dame, 32, and Chanel Renee Hall, 28, both of Fort Myers, reportedly negotiated a dollar amount with the detectives for sex acts.
Later at about 9 p.m., the units conducted a second operation in the area of state Route 80 and Waverly Avenue. They targeted Johns who were soliciting prostitutes for sex, according to officials. Detectives posed as prostitutes.
Four were arrested for reportedly negotiating sexual acts for money:
– Miguel A. Angel, 33, of Fort Myers
– Jose Ramos Rodriguez, 50, of Hialeah
– Baldomero Vazquez, 33, of Fort Myers
– Jose Ruiz, 41, of Bonita Springs
Each of the men were charged with soliciting another for prostitution.
