A 15-year-old Cape Coral teen has been accused of sexual assault.

Wesley Masley Blaise, of 114 N.E. 19th Ave., was arrested and charged Saturday with sexual assault by under 18 years of age sexual battery victim under 12 years of age and lewd lascivious behavior victim age 12 to 16.

As of Tuesday, he had been released from the Lee County Jail.

According to booking records, both charges are felonies.

Details on the allegations against Wesley were unavailable Tuesday.

A man who answered the phone at the teen’s home identified himself as his father, but he did not offer a comment or information on the allegations.

Wesley has a court appearance scheduled for May 15.
