Brooks & Freund LLC has started construction on Coral Hills Plaza, located along north Del Prado Boulevard in Cape Coral.

The project includes all the site work and infrastructure to ready a 2.11-acre site for 20,000 square feet of future retail/office space. Construction is anticipated to be complete in summer 2012.

Civil engineering services are being provided by Quattrone & Associates.
