The Matlacha Mariners will host the 11th Annual Southwest Florida Seafood Festival, Classic Car and, new for 2012, the inaugural custom and classic Bike Show, Saturday, March 17, from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m., at the German American Social Club in Cape Coral.

The event will showcase an excellent variety of fresh seafood, live music and some of the area’s best classic cars along with custom and classic bikes for festival goers to enjoy. If you don’t like seafood, there will also be a variety of landlubber specials to choose from.

This year’s event will feature the doo wop sounds of “Brylcream,” also performing that day will be local favorites “Ground Zero”.

Trophies and award presentations will begin about 4 p.m.

The German American Social Club is located at 2101 S.W. Pine Island Road. Admission is $5 for adults with children 11 and under free with a paid adult.
