Cape teen arrested on lewd, lascivious behavior
A 16-year-old Cape Coral boy is accused of molesting another teen.
Rondre Royale Thomas, of 424 S.W. 23rd St., was arrested Feb. 8 on a warrant for one count of lewd and lascivious behavior molesting a child from 12 years of age on up to 16 years of age but less than 18 years of age.
The Lee County Sheriff’s Office took him into custody at Cape Coral High School, according to officials at the State Attorney’s Office.
The warrant was issued out of the Cape Coral Police Department.

His family declined to comment on the allegations over the phone.
Thomas has an arraignment set for March 1 in juvenile court.
