Appliances and more have been reported stolen from three homes.
The Cape Coral police received three letters Wednesday from a property management company that reported that several items are missing from homes it manages. All are located in the southwest, according to a report.
An electrical heating and air conditioning system was reported stolen from one home in the 1300 block of Southwest 14th Street, totaling $3,245. The same, as well as a range and dishwasher, were reported stolen from a home in the 400 block of Southwest 28th Avenue.
Those items totaled an estimated $4,6000, the report states.
The company also stated that a home in the 2500 block of Southwest 11th Court was missing the kitchen appliances, bathroom faucets and knobs, light fixtures, door knobs and interior doors. The items are worth about $4,339.
Attempts by the police to contact the company for additional information were unsuccessful as the phone number provided is not active at this time.
