Cape man accused of using computer chats to lure ‘teen’ for sex
A Cape Coral man is accused of trying to solicit sex from an undercover detective who was posing as a 14-year-old girl online.
Marc Andre Heinrich, 28, of 1214 S.W. 39th St., was arrested and charged Wednesday with travel to meet after using a computer to lure child, using a computer to seduce solicit lure child and lewd communication to minor via a computer.
He remained at the Collier County Jail on Thursday. Bond had not been set.
Earlier in May, an undercover detective with the Collier County Sheriff’s Office was posing as a teen online when contacted by a screen name, later identified as belonging to Heinrich. He allegedly sent the “teen” lewd images of himself, made sexually explicit statements and solicited her for sex.
According to an arrest report, Heinrich expressed that he wanted to meet the teen and would book a room in Naples. After being informed by the teen that she was too young to drive, Heinrich offered to pick up the teenager.
“Forbidden fruits are so damn irresistible,” he allegedly stated at one point.
A meeting place was arranged where Heinrich would pick up the teen one morning. He suggested that they go to a movie because daytime movies do not usually have many people so they could “kiss and touch” and she could get “used to his touch,” the report states.
On Wednesday, Heinrich arrived at the East Naples location, where he was identified and taken into custody. He did did not wish to make a statement.
Arraignment has been set for June 20.
