The Cape Coral Neighborhood Watch is currently forming committees to help plan the National Night Out Program. Those involved in the Cape’s watch communities who wish to volunteer their time should be prepared for a three-month commitment for organizational meetings and related work.
National Night Out, an event where residents and law enforcement agencies take to the streets to promote police-community partnerships, will be held Aug. 2. Those interested in helping organize the event can call 239-321-2393, 239-462-8778 or 239-961-5448.
