The Medical Examiner’s Office has completed autopsies and ruled on the causes of death for two adults and thier baby in a nurder-suicide in Lehigh Acres.
Lisa Forde, 33, was stabbed and her son, Caleb Forde, 1, was shot.
Winselsio Forde, 39, died of a self-inflicted gunshot wound at the family’s 135 East Lake Drive home, officials said.
The bodies were discovered by a person who called 911 at 4:05 p.m. to report they had arrived at 135 East Lake Drive and found two adults dead.
A further search of the residence revealed the body of the baby.
Officials previously said the deaths appeared to be a double murder and suicide but were waiting on autopsy results.
