Southwest Florida Romance Writers will host a book signing event at the Alliance for the Arts on March 13 from 10 a.m. to noon to celebrate local authors and announce their new works.
As an affiliated chapter of the national organization of Romance Writers of America the local chapter’s membership includes successful and renowned authors. The community is invited to come get acquainted with these writers and purchase signed copy of their books, while enjoying the Alliance galleries.
Participating authors include the following:
* Linda Bilodeau is a former teacher at Indiana University’s Kelly School of Business who has published three novels including THE OLIVE BRANCE, STEPPING THROUGH THE SEAGRASS and THE WINE SEEKERS. www.lindabilodeau.com
* Karna Small Bodman, is the author of three political thrillers. Her latest is FINAL FINESSE. She served in the Reagan White House for six years – last post: Senior director of the National Security Council. * Renée Gardner has murdered at least a dozen people, that is, in the course of writing mystery novels and short stories. Manhattan’s Upper East Side, where she lived for many years, is the locale for her Sutton Place cozy mystery series, THE TAP DANSING GORILLA and AND THE DOG TOOK THE CAT. www.reneegardner.com
* Anna Schmidt is the award-winning author of more than 20 works of historical and contemporary fiction. Her most recent books are AN UNEXPECTED SUITOR and HOME AT LAST.
