Brett Neal Cluck

A Lehigh Acres man is in jail tonight, accused of abducting and and sexually battering the daughter of a friend over the Fourth of July holiday.
Brett Neal Cluck, 34, was charged with kidnapping and capital sexual battery today after Lee County Sheriff’s investigators were told he had taken the child, who is under 12, from her home and then assualted her at his residence.
Detectives were told Cluck, described as a long-time friend, had been with the victim’s father playing video games and drinking beer the night of July 3. He asked to spend the night on the couch claiming he had too much to drink. The father went to bed around 3 a.m. on the 4th of July. At some time during the early morning hours, Cluck reportedly entered the room of the sleeping child and placed his hand over her mouth. He then carried the girl to his car and drove to his home, where she was battered, officials said. He reportedly told the girl not to tell anyone or he would kill her or a sibling.
He drove the child back to her residence, before returning to his home, investigators said.
